Hawke's Bay Campus:
Taratahi’s Hawke’s Bay campus has successfully worked in partnership with the Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT) since 2010. This partnership provides students with access to amenities and resources available at EIT while receiving ‘real training on real farms’ that Taratahi is renowned for.
Practical learning takes place on the Taratahi training farms close to campus. In addition, students spend a large amount of time on a number of commercial farms in the Hawke’s Bay region.
Hawke’s Bay offers a variety of programmes ranging from 12 to 40 weeks in duration. Our programmes are perfect for those beginning their career in agriculture through to those wanting to staircase their pathway into management. Taratahi’s delivery provides a mix of both practical and theoretical teaching, ensuring students have a sound understanding of the agricultural courses covered.
