Since January 2011 Taratahi has been working in partnership with the Western Institute of Technology (WITT). Students are enrolled with WITT and the training is provided by Taratahi. This partnership provides great opportunitys to enrol in regional, specialised agricultural training.

Taratahi's Stratford campus was established in 2004 to enable students local to Stratford to remain in Taranaki whilst studying agriculture. Learning takes place at farms and other venues in the Stratford area. Learning will take place at farms and other venues within Taranaki including two Backvale Farms.
Taratahi have also begin training at their second campus based at the Tikorangi Supershed in North Taranaki. Students can choose which campus suits them best.
Training takes place at the Waimate West Demonstration Farm. This is a 34ha dairy farm milking 142 Jersey cows through a herringbone shed
