Hawke's Bay Programme Information (in partnership with EIT)

 

Taratahi’s Taradale campus was established at the beginning of 2010 and is run in partnership with the Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT). Learning takes place on the farming base at EIT’s Taradale campus utilising various resources and lecture

rooms. In addition, students will also spend a large amount of time on a number of commercial farms in the Hawke’s Bay region.

Certificate in General Farm Skills Level 2 - part time

National Certificate in Farming Skills (Work Ready) Level 3
– Sheep or Dairy options - full time

National Certificate in Agriculture Level 4 - Sheep, Dairy or Cattle options

Hawke’s Bay Taster

 

Hawke's Bay campus will run Taster days in 2012 in school holiday time.  The first Taster date is Wednesday 11 April 2012.  Please contact Kim Holden if you are interested in attending.

2012 Start Dates

Full time only

1st year students - Monday 30th January

2nd year students - Friday 3rd February
