Primary Industry Trades Academy (PITA) from 2011.
The main campus is based near Masterton in the Wairarapa, with non-residential campuses near Stratford in Taranaki, and at Taradale in the Hawke’s Bay.
Graduates and farmers recommend Taratahi because:

Open Polytechnic
- Taratahi students are both male and female and come from both urban and rural environments from all over New Zealand (and occasionally from overseas)
